Today I got for you two very common phrases in Syriac-there is /there is not.

there is not
Some examples
It b-bayta attta.
There is a woman in the house.
it-there is
b-in
bayta-house
attta-woman
Layt lakhma.
There is no food.
layt-there is not
lakhma-food,bread
These verbs are also used instead of the verb 'to have' which does not exist in Syriac.
